Scanned colour, digital images, descriptions and instructions are all entered onto every electronic job card which also bears your unique bar code reference.   This provides not only real time information but also prospective return dates.

If there are any problems along the way, we have a note facility for each technician to log problems or conversations regarding the item. The job card can also have an estimate attached to it, if you have requested one. The tracking system will print out a hard copy of that estimate which will be included in your next delivery for your records and discussion with your customer. Your estimate may include more than price and a number of options that we feel may be sensible to offer your customer. The physical job is then held until your customer decides to proceed or reject the estimate.

The software is the backbone to our quality checking process and also keeps the customer engaged  and you abreast of progress. By simply logging onto our website,  you can access real time information, progress to date and  prospective return dates.
